These terms govern your use of the KrukiDooki website and any customer account you create. KrukiDooki offers handmade jewellery, bangles and accessories.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and account purposes. Please provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Products and handmade variation
We aim to describe and photograph products carefully. Colours, finishes, scale and other details can appear differently across screens. Because our pieces are handmade and some may be customised, minor natural variations in colour, material, finish or detail may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and do not necessarily mean a product is defective.
Pricing and availability
Product prices and availability may change. We try to keep product information accurate, but an item may become unavailable or contain an error. We may correct information before accepting an order. An order is accepted only when KrukiDooki confirms that it has been accepted; adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
Customisation
Where customisation is offered, please review the information you submit carefully. Custom work may require additional details, time or confirmation before it can be accepted. We may decline a custom request that we cannot reasonably fulfil.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping arrangements, returns, cancellations and refunds are not yet published on this website. We do not invent those terms here. Before online orders are accepted, KrukiDooki will publish or provide the applicable policies. If you need information before then, please contact us.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including delivery details when ordering is available. You must not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person's account or use the website in a way that could harm KrukiDooki, its customers or its service providers.
Intellectual property
The KrukiDooki name, logo, website content, product photography, artwork and design elements are owned by or used with permission by KrukiDooki. Please do not copy, reproduce, republish or use them without prior written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KrukiDooki is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
